Server Version#: 1.43.2.10687
Player Version#: 8.45
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>

The Plex app on my Apple TV suddenly stopped working properly. It shows an older version of my library and says that the files are “unavailable” but my activity is up to date. It’s hardwired to the internet but I tested it on wifi and the problem persists.

I’ve signed out, deleted the app, and signed back in and nothing. I’ve restarted the modem router, and computer and nothing. The server on my laptop works fine and I can play with no issues.

Thanks for the link!

Attached are the Plex Media [Server Logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) and Apple TV Plex app logs. When I click MORE it shows the same out of date server. I can still access my friend’s servers and play them fine.

Let me know if you need more info.

Thanks again!

I should note that I had to use my phone to get the [Apple TV logs.](https://support.plex.tv/articles/212639598-apple-tv-logs/) I tried to access the log using my mac and it said that page didn’t exist. Mentioning in case it’s a clue to what the issue might be.
