# Plex on docker no network access

hello,
I installed ples docker on debian 11 until everything is fine, except that it is impossible for me to assign it a remote library that is on my synology. Could someone please help me?

You probably put it in NAT mode on a completely different subnet the synology won’t respond to.
HOST mode is the easiest, It creates the container and uses the host’s IP address.
Bridge mode makes a new host on the same subnet (IF you specify it correctly).
