Plex on FreeNas not showing movie posters.

Hi all,
I just did a clean install of Plex (plex pass) on my freenas box, including blowing away the entire jail and meta data. I have installed version 1.8.0.4109. Everything works as expected, except that the movies in my library are not showing the posters. The meta data IS downloading correctly, and each movie has all the posters downloaded... its just that none of them are selected by default. I just get a generic dark grey rectangle. I can go in to each movie and "edit" it, an select a poster, but that will become maddening very quickly. Is anyone seeing this, or is anyone aware of a fix?

Thanks

CORRECTION... My meta data does not appear to be populating. I get all sorts of notifications that my movies are finished processing, but no data. Is this a known issue with 1.8?

There is a known issue with jail setup where sometimes users fail to ensure there is a loopback IP address configured.

Logs collected after a restart and waiting 5 minutes should confirm if there is an issue with localhost

Otherwise - need logs with debug logging enabled covering time media is being scanned and metadata refreshed

Thanks for the reply. I am attaching the logs after being up for a few minutes, and doing a metadata refresh. I did not let it do the entire library as it would just go on for a while with the same results for everything. Please let me know if this gives you what you need, and thanks very much for the assistance.

Separately from this - there is also some locale issue

I understand this is normal for FreeBSD

Well, the good news is that i am able to get meta data flowing again. I addressed the permissions issue in Freenas (mount was set to read-only).

Regarding the DNS, I did a rebuild of the jail, rebooting at every step (jail creation, portsnap, install, etc). After each step, I checked DNS by pinging plex.tv as well as some other sites.

Just for sanity's sake, I have attached my logs again. I am curious if anything still seems out of whack.

Thanks!
