Hi I installed on synology dsm 6.0 . all went fine but when I add libraries all the libraries are empty. I tried clean bundles, optimize database and waited all night long the analysys of libraries with no joy. This morning all libraries (5 in total) are empty. Please suggest how to fix

When installing the Plex Media Server on DSM 6 this should also create a local system account Plex on your NAS. Does that account have read access to the media in your library folder(s)? – according to the logs it looks like Plex doesn’t have permission to read the files.
Also… you might want to update the version of PMS installed on that Syno… version 1.18.5 was released more than 2.5 years ago – the latest public version of PMS is 1.27.2.
Hi Tom80H, thanks for your advice but no joy at all. Permission to Plex user was already grant. I checked them again but under that profile all is good.
Any advice?
For the version you suggests I found “PlexMediaServer-1.28.0.5999-97678ded3-armv7hf_DSM6” but I’m not sure to install until I get this version working, infact previously was working fine but after an update Plex got empty folders
