# Plex Pass Feature Settings Disabled (Greyed Out)

Any Plex Pass feature settings within the app are greyed out and cannot be configured, even though I have a lifetime Plex Pass.

**Troubleshooting**

- Logging out and back in.
- Confirmed my app is up-to-date.
- Used both Stable & Beta release.
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
- Confirmed I’m logged into the right account.
- Confirmed I have a lifetime Plex Pass via the web app.

I can download media within the mobile app, which is indicative of being logged into an account with a Plex Pass.

This issue is also prevalent on my iPad running v2025.13.0 (Stable)

Server Version#: 1.41.6.9685  
Player Version#: 2025.14.0
