# Plex Pass Forum Access

I purchased a 1 year Plex Pass and everything is working, but when I try to access the Plex Pass forum, I get access denied. When I try to get it to sync, it just spins and I can’t get in. Since there is no way to access their forum, I can’t get Plex Pass Support…HELP!!!
