Hello im planning on purchasing a plex pass but im a bit confuse on how it works. If i purchase the pass and i add users, Do they have to pay for the apps to stream with out restrictions? ---

Yes and no. The users you add must be from a PlexHome setup for the app to be free for them. If you do not create a PlexHome then your friends will have to buy the app(1 time purchase) or a PlexPass of there own. ---

You should do that only with people who are living with you in the same household.
