# Plex Photo not working with large library

I have a large photo library. Photos has never worked in the iOS photo app or on any other photo interface I have tried. It used to work years ago when integrated with plex and I was super happy when they brought it back but it has not worked for me. Only a small part of my library is available to view and every tap takes forever to do anything. All other PMS functions work great with very large libraries. Any ideas?

+1 to this problem. The library view works fine but on Timeline view I get spinner until it eventually crashes. The CPU on my Plex server goes up while this is happening, so I too suspect the number of photos is the problem (\>250K files). Would love to help contribute logs to solve this problem. Plex team - please let us know how we can help.
