Hi,
I have a password attached to my account so my kids can’t access it. They are too young to understand it yet but if I ever needed to use it in front of them they will eventually be able to work it out.

While I could ask them to leave the room, the Amazon fire tv has a really good way of handling this. You can enter a pin and you don’t know what is being entered if you are looking at the tv. It would be nice if plex could adopt the same method, I don’t think it would be that much work.

I can work with it, and just make sure I don’t need to access it when they are around but it makes sense.

There’s already an existing feature suggestion discussing such an option. Please comment/vote in that thread in order to avoid distracting or cannibalizing votes.

Please intergrate the numbers on the keypad to work when entering in pin. This should be private. There’s also a number of similar suggestions asking for alternatives to enter the pin (e.g. using a mobile Plex app)

I’ll therefore close this thread as a duplicate.
