OK so my Plex server is up to date - December 20 2019
I successfully installed Plex on one new TV a few weeks ago.
I cant seem to install it on the other 2 recently purchased which are all similar SAMSUNG models in the same house and on the same network.
I get the request to log in to the Plex site and enter the pin - but it doesn’t work, I don’t get the next step screens indicated in the process.
Can anyone help?
Did you compare the version of plex in the tizen store for the different models?
Sorry didn’t know I had to or where the Tientsin store is.
The subject tv’s are the same model just different sizes - 3rd I haven’t tried yet but yes it’s a Tientsin.
Not sure that’s the issue though, if I recall correctly when I try to install the app it works fine and gives me a code and to sign in at … Plex.tv/ link that’s where it goes wrong.
Running that link does give me screen to enter the code letters as it did before and didn’t that screen come from Amazon in my case.
Still very confused.
Check that your Samsung models are supported.
