# Plex Player stopped working on MacPro 2013

yes @naaboo1 I added your logs to bug report. thanks

@iamdinux the log snippet you posted in [other topic](https://forums.plex.tv/t/mac-player-cannot-establish-connection-to-server-s/790800) was about server connection.

This topic (which I may very well be misunderstanding) is based on it loading with a black/blank screen indicating some graphical problem with renderer.

I have no doubt others are running into this issue as well but need to find the commonalities if a proverbial smoking gun is not found. I have three Macs of various generations and can’t reproduce it myself on any of them but obviously it is happening to you.

If you can provide the [full app logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/windows-mac-app-logs/) after reproducing the black screen issue so I can add to bug report it would be appreciated. You can message them to me if you don’t want to post them in the topic.
