\*Playback speed in client app arm7a is not persistent when leaving the app and continuing playback. If going back to app playback goes back to 1x.
\*synced podcasts are not the default, when playing back offline continuous play does not occur in queue with offline media, app streams next podcast from internet.
\*sync does not work properly on podcasts that are all marked as played. No sync media placeholder stays in phone sync screen like when syncing shows or movies.
\*sync appears to download to internal storage instead of SD card despite SD card being selected as media storage within plex client app.

v 7.3.0
