Hi, Wonder if someone might have a suggestion, my copy of How the Grinch Stole Christmas from 1966 is coming up as NR (not rated). This is preventing it from becoming available on my wife’s teacher profile, which is restricted for kids. I tired looking for other matches and didn’t find one. Any suggestions? You think Plex can add a quick rating for this movie? Thanks,

Simply edit the movie in your library and put the desired rating there.

You can manually add the rating. Just edit the movie by clicking on the ‘pencil’ icon.

OMG, so easy. For some reason when I saw the lock button, I thought it was locked and I could not change. Thanks for the quick reply.

Once you edit that field, the lock should turn orange. You should leave it that way. The lock prevents Plex from overwriting your edit when it refreshes metadata.
