# Plex remote access not working

Hi I have been having trouble with my plex remote access one day it just suddenly stopped working for me ever since then i have been getting to error codes [Req#2f8] NAT: PMP, got an error: Not Supported by gateway. and [HttpClient/HCl#3f] HTTP error requesting GET (60, SSL peer certificate or SSH remote key was not OK) (SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate). I have tried many things to fix these and cannot seem to figure it out my router does not support pmp i have everything set up correctly for port forwarding but still fixed, I have tried for multiple days and cannot get it hopefully someone can help me resolve my issues.

See if this helps…

Stop plex, go to the Cache folder in the plex media server folder. Is there a certificate.p12 file? If so, rename it certificate.p12.old and start plex back up. It should download cert-v2.p12.

I did what you said and it is working now. hopefully it stays working lol. thank you for the help have a great day!
