# Plex series agent not working

So you enabled verbose logging so the logs are useless. `Oct 02, 2025 16:04:22.293 [139877420395320] VERBOSE ` Please reset to debug, and perform a [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) on media that isnt pulling metadata, and then upload a fresh set of logs.
