Plex Series Scanner Refusing to Look Up TVDB Data For A Show

I tried to index Patlabor today, formatted as per TVDB for the sake of keeping everything together as one ‘Series’, and used Filebot to make sure that A) TVDB naming and ordering is exactly right for the scanner, and B) The TVDB API actually matches what’s on the site.

The problem is that Plex Series Scanner is absolutely refusing to look up the TVDB data.

I’ve tried:

  • Set Episode Ordering to TVDB (Aired)

  • Fix Match while remove Series Name and replacing with tvdb-id

  • Including .plexmatch files with tvdbid: id

And I’m still drawing the short straw.

Any suggestions?
