# Plex server and website randomly unreachable on server pc

Hello,
I have been using plex for a few years now without issue. Sorry for the long post but I am trying to give as much detail as possible since I am stumped.
Randomly today (literally used it a few hours prior) I was not able to access my server anymore. Went to my server PC and the plex media server was still running. I right clicked to “Open Plex…” and it take’s me to the site stating “Plex is not reachable” “We are unable to connect to [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) at this time. Please try again later.” I than go to try and log into [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) on the server pc. The log in screen takes about 2 mins for it to pop up and when I enter my plex info it times out stating “There was a problem signing in to Plex.”
I can log into [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) on my normal pc without issue. Any hint of my server looks to be gone when looking around my account.
When trying to log in from my main pc locally it states:
`This application is at xxx.xxx.x.xxx and is not hosted by Plex. Continue only if you recognize this server and wish to grant access. When I hit sign in it just asks me to set one of my friends plexes as the main server`
I tried turning off windows firewall and made sure no vpns are running with that not helping either. I double checked my plex server version and it seemed to be a version behind so I updated it and still nothing (1.25.3.5409-f11334058). I also tried clearing cookies and cache still nothing. I am 100% stumped and have no idea what is wrong. Any help would be great.

I was able to fix it for now it seems. I reset all my network settings and it seemed to have fixed it

I’m having a very similar issue. Which network settings did you reset in Windows?
