Dear Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my Plex server where it crashes every time I select “Collections” within my Movie Library.
I have already attempted to clean up the collections; however, I am no longer able to access them through the GUI. Could you please advise on how to remove these collections directly from the database? I am hoping this will resolve the issue so that I can recreate the collections afterward.
Please note that I have multiple libraries (23 in total), which may be relevant to this issue.
I would appreciate your assistance as soon as possible so I can resolve this problem.
