Plex Server Crashing on my Mac

Player Version#:

High Sierra 10.13.6 (Can’t upgrade, it’s a 2010 iMac)

I’ve looked on here and can’t seem to find an answer. I’ve been running Plex fine for a couple of years now. About a couple of weeks back, it stopped. When I launch it, it will show up in the bar, and then go away. I haven’t done anything differently lately, so I can’t think of anything that has changed. I’ve read about logs, but I am not sure where those are.
