I assume we are talking about Snowpiercer here?

And you confused us all, when you mentioned `S1E1` but has the files tagged `- S01E01 -`

Your naming is more or less good, but personally, I would do a [Plex Dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064), and when putting files back into the file structure, I would name the Show directory `Snowpiercer (2020) {tmdb-79680}` as well as rename season folders to `Season 01` etc.

When that’s said, is your PMS running as a user named `david` or is it a member of the `david` group?

Since your naming isn’t that far off, I would also look in the [PMS logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) for the word `malformed`

Oh…And forgot

You do have files in your TV library, that are WAY OFF the naming std, like the `Insecure` episode located at the root of your TV library
