# Plex Server Disconnecting every few seconds

Server Version#: 1.2.5  
Player Version#: 1.42.0.9975  
App/Player running on Windows 10  
Truenas Scale Version#: ElectricEel-24.10.2.3

Every few seconds the server will “disconnect” saying “plexpass is currently unavailable” then a few seconds later it reconnects and all my media is showing up again. Happens on my phone, tablet, windows 10 desktop and chrome browser.

Everything was working fine and I made no changes to the server so im not sure what happened. I rebooted and I ended up doing a fresh install and the problem persists.

I have another server setup the same EXACT way for music and have 0 issues with it diconnecting.

No other apps on my computer are disconnecting or showing any signs of losing internet.
