Can be better, for movies and series but the problem persists for 1.18.5.2260 and 1.18.5.2309. And the 1.17.0.1709 or 1.17.0.1841 (for me) will not be a solution after the end of the month, notice information regarding TV artwork in Plex Can you please solve this ASAP, lot of weeks or even months with this problem and no solution yet. ---

Seems to better since the latest update a week or so ago. I also noticed the latest update fixed an issue I was having using a third party audio app to connect to the Plex server. Here’s hoping Plex is finally starting to listen to people’s issues and addressing them. ---

I wasn’t getting error on app base clients app but more on webui side of things just fyi. I will install latest version and report back. ---

I did the update and I’m now on Version 1.18.8.2527 - so, so far so good… I’ve not had any complaints and I’ve not had any issues 🙂 Can now get ack to loving Plex… Thanks to all. ---

Am happy to announce that with latest version issue seems to be fixed i will be keeping an aye and report back if anything, thank you guys for the support and actually fixing this despite it taking some time. Feels nice to be on the latest version of plex again 😉 ---

any particular reason why issue does not happen on v16 but does on v17/18 ? and i will be attaching the logs whenever i can. ---

Recently I was looking into slow dashboard loading and timeouts which may have been due to high settings for “On Deck” number of items/weeks Will need to see from the logs which requests are taking longer still and leading to timeouts - Do the test after you optimize the database - click on the 3 dots next to the server name in the sidebar and then select **Manage Server** and then **Optimize Database**. This may take a few minutes and server could be unavailable during this period. ---
