This morning I did an upgrade to the Plex Media Server on my Ubuntu machine and suddenly it can not play movies anymore. It freezes up every few seconds. I’ve restarted the machine, I’ve restarted the network drive the movies are on, I’ve restarted the whole network. Nothing. Where can I find the previous version that worked fine so I can downgrade please?

Can you grab me your log files ?

Settings - Server - Help - Download Logs

Attach the ZIP file it presents you here with your next post.

I’ll see what it’s complaining about.

Apologies for never responding ChuckPA. I found an older version on my backup machine and proceeded to completely remove the installed version and reverting back to the old one. Since then I’ve been keeping up with updates and that problem has not come up again. Thanks.
