# Plex server has disappeared

Server Version#: N/A  
Player Version#: N/A

My media server has completely vanished. It’s like it never existed.

This is what i see when I log in:

Can anyone advise how to troubleshoot?

Are you sure it’s running? Grab the [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) manually and post them here so I can see what’s going on.

Are you using the local Plex Web client or from app.plex.tv? It looks like your server is not signed into your Plex account. In that case, you need to use the local Plex Web to access it and claim it.
