Plex server is running but I cannot open the service

My Plex Media Server are running but I am not able to open the service, and I cannot connect to the mediaserver. When trying to open the service I will get this message:
'The page “hundene-3.de7.quickconnect.to:32400/web” cannot be opened because the browser do not have connection to the server ‘hundene-3.de7.quickconnect.to’.
But I can connect to ‘hundene-3.de7.quickconnect.to’.

Don’t use quickconnect in combination with Plex; I’ve seen a number of posts where users had issues with that. I believe it’s linked to how Plex establishes a secure connection.
You can directly connect through the hosted version of Plex Web (http://app.plex.tv/desktop) or use the local URL (http://[NAS IP address]:32400/web)
