# Plex Server latest version on Synologic DS418 OS DSM 7

From what I remember the Plex Media Server for DSM 7 is still in preview stage — especially since Synology‘s release candidate for DSM 7 seems to have been breaking quite a lot of things compared to the earlier betas.
