# Plex server no longer works now. Win 10

Windows 10.  
I have no idea why but my system quit. I have reinstalled everything. I have checked my router and network. I redid my app. I checked every setting I could think of. I have 3 TVs with plex but all of them say they can’t connect to the server. I even went in and deleted everything, renamed my server and I can see that on my apps. One is wired, one is wireless. I see the new folder I added to test but still, no server connection. Everything works fine on my computer, it is just all of the TV sets and they are different apps. Not all the same. Anyone have a clue what to try next? Since the apps sees all of my changes, it is a good sign but beyond that, I am at my limit.

Enter the network settings of Windows. Verify that the network connection is classified as “private”, not as “public”.

Good thought. I looked and it is set to Private, not public.

After 2 days I found it. For some reason, my smart security setup a block when it updated.
