# Plex server not working on LAN

Player Version#:1.77.2.3964
I have a plex media server on my old windows pc
today i changed an ISP
when the internet got back up again when i changed my ISP the server didn’t work, i did a restart to the server and it worked then i changed in the remote access tab to the new IP the ISP got me to work outside my LAN
when i did that my server was unavailable and i dont know why i tried to troubleshoot the problem with everything i found online and on the support tab at the plex website
i asked my friend if he can try to access my server thru remote access on his network and he succeeded accessing my files
on my LAN it doesn’t work for me on my other computer, tv or phone
all the devices on my LAN has the same subnet mask and on the same network
pls help me fix that
