# Plex server on Nvidia shield - Opposite problem than most users

I have my Plex server running on Nvidia-Shield Pro. I can access this server through the Plex Web interface and all other devices. The plex settings shows it is connected. On Nvidia-Shield however it is telling me that the server is currently not available and I can’t access any of the folders. Anyone have thoughts on why the server appears to be operating correctly on everything but the Nvidia-Shield host?
