# Plex Server setup on Nvidia Shield Pro

I am doing the Plex Server setup on my new Nvidia Shield Pro and the message says something is wrong, try again. The try again failed as well. I did try uninstalling the app and reinstalling in case it was an old version. The setup is still failing and I have no details of why I can give you. What do I do next?
