# Plex Server stuck in initial setup stage

## In initial PLEX server setup I go to [http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/complete](http://127.0.0.1:32400/web/index.html#!/setup/complete) but the process gets stuck in the final stage. I tried to uninstall PMS and install it again but it is still stuck.

OK, a few hours later I tried to access PMS at [http://127.0.0.1:32400](http://127.0.0.1:32400) and it worked, though initial setup isn’t finalized.
