Plex Server unable to play any media across various players

Server Version#: 1.16.2.1297 (running on a Synology DS-415+)

Hi,

This is my first time posting, so hopefully i have posted in the right section. I have been using plex for a while now and i would rate my technical knowledge ok to moderate.

Problem:
Everytime i try to play any media from any player (LG TV app, android app or web browser) all i get is:
“Media Unavailable
The file associated with this item is not accessible by the server. Please verify that the file exists and that the nessecary drive is available.”

The GUI works and displays everything fine.

I have tried refreshing the metadata, rescanning the libraries, optimizing database and cleaning the bundles. I have also check each network cable, restarted plex, restarted the nas and update the plex media server to the above mentioned latest version.

I have tried searching for others who have posted with the same issue and the only one i have been able to come close to relating too is the following.

However my understanding of his solution (which was limited) was to delete some plex files/folders and get it to rebuild itself and in turn lose all tracking of watched and recently added shows etc…

Does anyone know what the issue is and how i can fix it without losing all my cached data?

I have hopefully uploaded my log files as well if that helps.
