# Plex server "unreachable" remotely or locally

Server Version#: 1.19.4.2935
Player Version#: 1.13.0.1275-bbd8d37b (Mac PMP)
I can’t figure out what changed about my setup, but for more than one day nobody has been able to access Plex, locally or remotely.
There’s a green tick for remote access in settings, but in PMP all libraries are “unreachable” and when I click “retry” a red box comes up that says “there was an error retrieving content”.
None of this has happened before. I have added logs, hopefully the correct ones.

Appears to be database corruption

If not repairable, look for recent backup
