# Plex server update and interface go white background

Server Version#:1.40.2.8273  
Player Version#:  
\<If providing [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only [debug logging](https://support.plex.tv/articles/201643703-reporting-issues-with-plex-media-server/#toc-1) should be enabled\>  
Today upgrade server version from Synology , and dashboard (webUI) have white background.

I try with different browsers (edge, chrome, opera) with normal mode or private mode.  
I try restart server… no change…

I try reinstall same version (don’t work)

Thanks for any help…

Are you on MacOS, Windows or some flavor of linux?

does [https://app.plex.tv](https://app.plex.tv) do the same as the local?

Try in linux opera and linux chrome…  
across app.plex.tv , interface is ok

Yes, i try clear cache and use private mode… and open dev tools in browser and activated option “Disable Cache”

With upgrade opera/chrome, WEBui it’s normal.
