# Plex server will not open on Mac M2

I wrote a script a year ago for the Mac called `delpms` to completely remove it.  
I was doing multiple installs a week for testing.  
I haven’t tried it recently, but you can have a look at what I did [In this post.](https://forums.plex.tv/t/mac-pms-wont-open/824408/5)  
Things may have changed but there’s a Plex Support Article you can find.
