Plex server will NOT start

i rebooted my windows 7 machine… and plex server will not start. will show in taskbar.
shows in task manager that its started but will not open.
I have removed it and reinstalled it… still will not start.
here are the logs:

Those are the wrong logs. But what do you mean it won’t open? Plex Media Server does not have a UI when you run it. You manage it through your web browser. Did you try right-clicking on the icon in the system try and selecting “Open Plex…” That will open Plex Web which is used to manage PMS.
