I have a problem, when i share libraries with friends and they are using the plex app they cant connect to my server. But if they are using the internet version they can connect to my server.
What is the problem ???

The problem is on all brands from tv , the problem is that , when i share the libary its not working on tv plex app, it cant connect to my server, but if they are not connecting through plex app but using the internet version, its working and they can connect to my server
The TV apps rely on your server being available remotely over the default remote access techniques of Plex.
Apparently your server is not available remotely. If you use some kind of VPN or other means to obfuscate the public address of your internet router, then these devices cannot connect to your server.

3 other friends that im sharing the same libary with, dont have any problems i tried to add 2 more and then they have the problem
Didn’t you just say it affects all tv clients?
Which client types are used by these ppl who don’t have any issues?
And they can also connect through plex app on computer, and its not a problem there, only with the tv app from plex
