# Plex Shield Pro Slow Start and Slow loading

Hi Guys, i use a Shield Pro 2019 and a Synology DS220+ for now about 3 months. I don’t know why but since last week Plex takes quite long to start. What happens is when I open the Plex app on my SHIELD, the big “Plex” logo splash screen stays on the screen for about 30+ seconds, and then the app tried to load into the “Home” tab which then spins for another 30+ seconds. If its ready i can play everything without Problems. Sometimes the App crashes when i Switch quite quickly through the menues of my Library. Both, NAS and Plex App on the Shield have the latest Updates. I really don’t know what to do know and what could be the Problem, because i don’t have changed anything in the last time.
