Server Version#: Version 1.18.2.2015 Player Version#: Web Player Version 4.8.4 Ubuntu 16.04 LTS Pics of issue at bottom of post Hi Everyone, I am having an issue where some tv show episodes will show every subtitle in the dropdown box and it correlates to the number of srt files in the folder. It appears to be ignoring the name of the srt and showing all the subtitles for all of the episodes. My files are names as follows: username@server:~/media/TV Shows/The Legend of Korra/Season 1$ ls -a . .. folder.jpg Season 1.jpg The Legend of Korra - S01E01-02 - Welcome to Republic City + A Leaf in the Wind WEBDL-1080p.en.srt The Legend of Korra - If I select S01E02 I also see all 12 subtitles. I would like Plex to just show the subtitle that is relevant to that episode. Anyone have any ideas? I have tried removing the files to a different directory, scanning my library, readding to library and scanning again. It shows all 12 subtitles yet again. I would also prefer not to do this as the viewed status on each episode is reset. This is not happening to all series just some. There are some newly added that are doing this and some that are older that are doing this also. ![loks1sub](https://global.discourse-cdn.com/plex/original/3X/c/9/c9384cfa4de80ca34ccb2b8360de3e47f784351e.png) ---

I have the same problem. Try several things, like plex dance and creating the library from zero, but it didn’t work. Do you continue with the same problem or did you fix it? ---

Hi crisosma, I am not experiencing this problem any further but unfortunately my solution is likely not going to help you. I ended up migrating my Plex install to sit natively on my Synology DS918+ so that I could make full use of HW transcoding (this did not work with my previous configuration of hosting Plex inside a VM within Synology Virtual Machine Manager). I am now experiencing a different bug related to Xbox One and subtitles causing lag that is still yet to be patched. As of now I have disabled all subtitles until they are better supported. ---

It’s a wrong setting in SubZero. Please read the SubZero documentation. ---

Thank you very much. I will read it. Can you give a hint about what is the problem? ---
