# Plex skip credits and chapters

For Nvidia Shield:

The current android-tv beta is 10.30.8, released in January: Plex for Android TV 10.30.8 beta was released in January: [Release Announcements - Android TV beta - #729 by PlexAndroidReleaser](https://forums.plex.tv/t/release-announcements-android-tv-beta/154124/729).

The current public release is 10.30.6, released in October 2025. Release notes linked in @veeejay’s post.

Both have the “Plex classic” layout. The “new experience” app is being rolled out to FireTV devices. It has not yet been rolled out to other Android TV devices.

I’ve the current beta on my Shield and I do see skip credits and chapters. Not sure why they’re not appearing on your Shield.
