Server Version#: 4.125.1 Player Version#: 4.128.1 I’m having a problem with subtitles. The setup I have are as follows. Movie1-S1E01.MP4 & Movie1-S1E01.srt This normally shows up as unknown (SRT External) if I manually select the subtitles when playing the video. But I had Subtitle mode: Always enabled & Prefer Subtitles in Unknown, because I don’t use .en.srt so they show as unknown. This has always worked until recently. Plex has updated twice since I last used it & I noticed they’ve stopped auto using included subs. I have tested changing one srt to en.srt & when selecting the subtitle for the video file, it does show up as English (SRT External), but still doesn’t auto play subs. I then realised I may need to change preferred subtitles from Unknown to English, so I did & still nothing changed. I just can’t get subtitles to auto play anymore, which is a problem because one of my son’s is deaf so he relies on the subtitles I worked hard on adding so he can enjoy watching his stuff. So any help would be great. Thanks ---
