Plex stream fine over LAN, but chokes after a few frames when viewing remotely

Server Version#: Version 1.31.3.6868
Player Version#: 8.16
<If providing server logs please do NOT turn on verbose logging, only debug logging should be enabled>
What I have done so far:

  • Already whitelisted Plex directories on Bitdefender
  • Checked logs and transcoder is operating at the speed of 10+
  • Turned on hardware acceleration

None of the above has improved streaming. Any advice is appreciated.
