Fresh install of both windows server 2019 and plex on first start it hangs on the plex logo I’ve used revo to uninstall and start from scratch with the same result.cant pull logs since it wont start and cant find them manually in this location " ```

so update i was able to find the logs and this sequece is repeating in a loop in the log
