This is frustrating the heck out of me. I am getting the message “Waiting for server” when attempting to sync content to my iOS devices. (I’ve tried on multiple iOS devices with the same problem, and also a Kindle Fire).

How can I resolve this as it’s the primary reason I purchased a lifetime Plex Pass.

I’ve completely reinstalled Plex, deleting the cache and all content. I’ve deleted all the apps from my iOS devices and signed back in again.

I’ve done pretty much everything I can think of to make this work without any luck.

Can somebody please provide me with a solution to this?

Thanks

The sync “feature” plain sucks. Another reason for purchasing Plex pass for me too but I can get a few episodes on my son’s kindle then it just hangs. Just sits and says waiting for download.

Do a search for sync and you’ll find no solutions just a bunch of people that are disappointed.

Load VLC and copy your media over. I can copy video to VLC from within VLC itself. Works great.

Sync is one of those things that has been broken for YEARS, but the Plex response is always “Please upload logs, hurr de durr.”

But hey, COLLECTIONS!
