# Plex Transcoded Downloads / Optimized Files not working

Server Version#: Tried both v1.43.0 / v1.43.2 (Plexinc Docker container)  
Player Version#: Latest on android, IOS and Web (Optimized Version)

**I’ve been working with AI to help me solve this. I asked it to draft this synopsis.**

Is there a known compatibility issue or thread handling block with the modern `BPQ` coordinator engine when running within a Docker environment on the Unraid 7.3.x storage architecture and Intel Arrow Lake platforms?

RESOLVED.  
Preferences.xml contained BackgroundQueueIdlePaused=“1”. This was changed to 0, restarted and resolved.
