Server Version#:Latest V Player Version#:Latest V Hi team, we use plex media server about 2 years on windows10 without any issues, now I must use in Ubuntu 18.04 on vmware, everything is set, works, but when client opens any type of video it uses much cpu for transcoding, the same video when we look at windows 10 it practically does not use the CPU. VMWARE HOST IS AMD RYZEN 9 5900x, 128GB RAM. Any solutions for this, may there be any special settings for vmware or for plex to use less cpu ---

There is no support for AMD HW transcoding on Linux. It has been requested many times but Engineering never implemented it. ---
