Both of these worked for me. Could you attach [server logs](https://support.plex.tv/articles/200250417-plex-media-server-log-files/) after doing a [plex dance](https://forums.plex.tv/t/the-plex-dance/197064) on the show (all steps) and I’ll take a look to see if there is anything obvious failing ?
