# Plex.tv blocking my IP/ISP?

I am trying to download the latest version of plex from [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) via my server, but I am not able to even connect to [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) on port 443 from my server.
I am able to access my plex server and content via [app.plex.tv](http://app.plex.tv) however, I can’t access [plex.tv](http://plex.tv) from the same server. Any idea what the problem may be? For not, I can download updates offline and then copy them to my server, but I would prefer to be able to download them directly.

Try again please. Cox appears to have had an outage.
