@tom80H I think they mean if you try going to: [https://www.plex.tv/your-media/](https://www.plex.tv/your-media/)

Then it doesn’t work.

If they like to view their own media, they should be using [https://app.plex.tv](https://app.plex.tv).

@pshanew If that’s the case, the Plex website needs to be changed to reflect that link.
