# Plex unavailable

Hello,&nbsp;

I can't access to Plex anymore. It was working well and suddenly Trailers became unavailable. I have an Apple Tv3 v5.2.1.

Ok thank you ! I've read the topic and fixed it with the new profile. It works fine now. Can't believe Apple can update without any permissions...
